LG GC900 Viewty Smart
LG GC900 Viewty Smart is the successor of original LG Viewty (Viewty Lite). Viewty Lite was appreciated much for its looks and features. It was the world’s five-megapixel touch-screen device. Now Viewty Smart has took over from where the Viewty Lite left. LG Viewty Smart is a high-end slim device with an 8-megapixel camera.
Design
LG GC 900 Viewty Smart is the slimmest 8-megapixel camera phone in the market. Its slim profile can judge by its thickness which is just 12.4mm. And it feels very light at just 102gm. You can comfortably slip this phone in your pocket or hand. Despite being made from plastic, it does not at all look tacky or feels flimsy, rather it looks gorgeous. It has piano black front and silver back which adds to its glory. The phone features a 3in screen which is just sufficient. Its UI is comprised of four customizable homescreens- Widgets, Shortcuts, Contacts and Multimedia.
Features
Viewty Smart offers one of the most responsive and tactile touchscreen to date. It gives good haptic response to even swipe of finger. There is onscreen virtual QWERTY keypad which you need to use with little care or practice to type the text. While browsing, you can open two windows at a time. The browsing speed is awesome thanks to on-board HSDPA. To switch between pages, just hit the multi-page icon in the left corner of the screen. You can surf the net at WI-Fi hotspot with on-board WI-Fi. Its other features include USB, A2DP, Bluetooth, GPS, Radio; supports music formats MP3, WMA.
The phone features a superb eight-megapixel camera which delivers excellent snaps. Be careful to protect the lens from scratches. The camera is laced with features like Image Stabilization, Face Detection, Smil Detection and Beauty mode. It is auto-focus and has LED flash.
Verdict
LG Viewty Smart is a really smart, slim and efficient phone with excellent response time. With excellent internet experience, GPS and Camera, this phone is all you need in your pocket when you are on move.
